Alongside 50 bedrooms, the House has a number of private event spaces available to members and non-members. From intimate dinners to wedding receptions, cocktail parties, private screenings or events in the Cowshed Relax spa, the House can accommodate your needs, with seasonal menus to choose from.

Flanked by Soho Beach House’s signature striped beds, the 100 ft pool and surrounding grassy area can be combined with the adjoining Tiki Bar to create a larger space for outdoor cocktails for up to 300 guests. Located between the main pool and beachfront boardwalk, the Tiki Bar is comprised of small lounge style tables and Adirondack chairs scattered throughout the grassy area. The space can accommodate up to 30 seated/120 for a cocktail reception and contains a permanent full bar, a grill and a fire pit.

The Library is designed as an intimate living room which can be the ideal spot for private dining. The Library accommodates 40 seated / 75 standing guests and boasts a wrap-around outdoor terrace with oceanfront views. The Library can be combined with the adjoining Private Dining Room to create one fluid space where guests can gather for cocktails in one room and sit for dinner in the other. The Library also contains a built-in 46" LCD TV it is equipped with DVD, VGA and PC input.

With a variety of set-up options and an expansive oceanfront terrace, the Private Dining Room can seat up to 16 for an intimate dinner, lunch or meeting and 30 for a cocktail. For larger parties, this room can transform into a lounge area where guests can enjoy cocktails and canapés prior to dinner in the adjoining Library. The Private Dining Room also contains a built-in 46" LCD TV equipped with DVD, VGA and PC input.

With infinity ocean views and a permanent full bar, the 8th floor houses the property’s second pool and outdoor lounge setup. The space contains a variety of seating options from cabana style beds to smaller poolside tables. The Plunge Bar & Terrace accommodates up to 120 guests for cocktail events with the option for an informal dinner for 50.

With floor to ceiling windows and a spacious outdoor terrace that can be covered by a removable awning, the Penthouse accommodates 75 guests for a cocktail party and 40 for an intimate seated dinner.

The Screening Snug can host parties of up to 25 seated / 40 standing with dining and cocktail options available, and can be hired on its own or in conjunction with other rooms. Equipped with a 111" X 54" screen and Barco DP1200 projector, the screening capabilities include Blu-ray & DVD formats, Doremi DCP Digital Cinema and RealD cinema 3D.
